How do you force Vsync, with ATI Catlyst Control Center?

I see no choice for forcing Vsync, in the ATI control center? Nvidia has option to force Vsync. Does ATI not?
 
It's in there (I'm sure of it)... I don't have an ATI card so I can't look for it right now, but it's in the Catalyst Control Center.
