how do you fix a pants zipper that always comes open?

I have these pants where the zipper unzips after about 1-5mins of normal moving around in them. how do I get the zipper to stay up?
 
Duct tape......lots of it.

If, on the other hand, you are exceptionally endowed you might enjoy walking around with your wang hang out. The chicks would either cheer you or jeer you, YMMV.
