Whats the best online store for hardware in Canada ? Where best could=cheapest ! :)
The cheapest I found was www.micro-extreme.com in Montreal.
Heh ! I am building soon my AthlonXP system and here are the specifications:

* ATX 300 watts. Should I take something normal or something else ?
* Athlon XP 1600+. Whats the highest overclock for this CPU under normal conditions ? :)
* Asus A7M-266 or the Epox one. Any other suggestions ?
* 2*256MB DDR Micron or Crucial.
* ATI Radeon 8500 DDR
* IBM 60 GXP 40 GB
* Sony 16X DVD
* Sb Audigy OEM
* Creative optical mouse
* Regular keyboard. I don't care !:p
* LG 995FT 19in .24dp 1600x1200@75Hz [FLAT] if mon doesn't want my old 15". ;) I'll give her my 19" V95 then.

Thats all.

Thanks.

Micro Extreme might be one of the cheapest, but they are also one of the most idiotic when it comes to after sales support from what I've heard.. Their prices are so low that you just won't get that type of service after the fact.. I'd recommend not dealing with them..

Usually I don't use any support when I buy a computer. Once all pieces are OK, its fine. ;)
All I want is working parts and low price.

BTW, is the 40 GB 60 GXP from IBM a good choice of HD ? Should I get maxtor or quantum ?

Hah ! :p
Yeah, it took me time to find that store ! The only thing is that I don't think they sell LG monitors...
Have fun but beware... its (*&"/(! to find the store !
This is why I would like to find an other store as cheap but closer OR that ships in Canada.
