How do you find the max speed that memory can support based on ns?

To find the MHz supported by a specific piece of memory divide 1 buy the ns rating. Nano-seconds are 10x-9. So ram with an access time of 8ns is rated to run at 125MHz.

what nightowl said is correct but it is just easier to divide 1000 by the ns rating... thus 6ns will give a rating of 166MHz
