How do you find out your Selective Service #?

I have some forms to fill out and this is one of the questions, where do I get this information?

I got a card to sign up for the selective service, I never received anything with a # after that. At least I dont remember getting anything. Is there anyway to get this information?

you don't need to know it anyhow, that is unless we go to war with China.
