I don't mind the prostate exam, I'm just stayin there's a point when you know he's adding a mandatory tip, if you know what I mean.

It used to be 50. Now it's 40. My natural cynicism makes me ask if it's a way to get more procedure fees. Since prostate cancer is so treatable now - especially with early detection - I'd err on too early. There has been some questioning of false positives with the psa test however (not close to an expert).Originally posted by: KeithTalent
