I'm 6'1" 190 lbs...33-34" waist.

I play soccer or basketball 3-4 times a week and am in decent cardiovascular shape.

I have not lifted weights regularly in the past couple years so my muscle mass isn't what I would like or where it used to be but it is decent.

Overall, I'm pretty happy.

5'6", ~165 lbs. when I'm fat, ~175 lbs. when I've been working out.

Really, weight isn't usually the right metric to use.

If it weren't for all the cycling, I'd probably be fine with my current weight (not fat, not skinny). However, knowing that 20-30lbs less would make me a much faster climber... well, that's motivation, I suppose, to lose some fat pounds.

Dude, thats way worse than me even! If I am a stick, you must be composed partly of anti-matter! 😀

He's kidding. That's not possible.

Same here. I'm the same height and weight and trying to gain lean mass.

I'm working towards losing 3 more pounds and then we'll see how I look...more than likely, I'll continue adding some weight, probably ~5lb.

But at 154lb, I'm quite happy where I am...there's just always room for improvement.

I'm stuck at 140, despite lifting every other day. I do believe that I started the school year at 155 lbs, with no muscle, all fat.

Now I rock on. I'd like to put on a few pounds of muscle, though.
