Looks like they've handled local network TV stations and newspapers. Medium-sized, media-centric businesses.

I'm guessing they specialize in creating, hosting, and customizing CMS sites. Which is an easy option for them if the CMSs they install don't need to be heavily customized, and relatively easy for administration purposes for either the business owners themselves and/or WorldNow.

Looks like outsourced website management service with the primary goal of them installing an ad api to serve ads on the site and do a rev share. I would imagine those small TV station clients don't have the resources to have it in-house.
