How do you enable usb 2.0 on an epox 8rda+?

all my usb ports seem to work at usb 1.1. I didnt care before, but now I got an ipod and it's painfully slow...

OS? USB2.0 support for sp1 and up. Others, special drivers. Are you sure your ipod is an USB2 devices?? and not an "usb1 device that would work even with usb2 port but not faster anyway"?
