How do you enable S3TC in Unreal Tournament with the GF3?

I want to try something new and I haven't played with S3TC in Unreal Tournament and I would like to see what it looks like. Can someone please give me a link or instructions which described how to enable this please? I have searched through the forums but I haven't found any information.
