Anyone know? Is setting the "dimm interleave setting" to auto in the bios enables it?

Be careful, there's actually 2 BIOS settings that need to be tweaked to enable 4 way. The first is System Performance Setting under the Advanced menu. This should be set to Optimal. Then setting the interleave option to Auto will enable 4 way interleave.

John, did you mean the 1004 bios? That's the newest one I'm aware of.
