My mom works at a vet's office. They got this stuff that you spray in the air and it kills all smells really well. I forget what it's called though, but its normally used with animals.

ps. no it's not Lysol. It's some special thing in a normal pump bottle thinger.

A lot of places have those. It does have a filter in it that will help draw grease and things out of the air, so it's better than nothing.

But I'm with notfred. Cook food that doesn't stink. When I make a curry, I pretty much expect my house to smell like it for a week.

LOL same here. I got one that's integrated into the microwave. It's a retarded ventilation system :(

Febreeze? really works?

Do you fry a lot? I can't stand going into someone's place when they fry all the time. Gives the whole place a funk smell.

I love curry, but my wife doesnt want me to make anything with strong smell anymore, no deep frying too, my next house will have a professional exhaust that vent to the outside!

I deep fried once, and the whole place stinks!

I agree. Yes, most people here on ATOT hate the Ionic Breeze, but it works wonders as an odour killer. Whenever I'm cooking strong odour foods, I make sure the Ionic Breeze is sitting close by.

..don't you have a canopy over the range wit a fan sucking the fumes out?? I eat a lot of salmon too..used to eat lots of red snapper which tastes great..but has a very powerful odor hangover that my vent fan can't overcome..so I cook snapper on a small propane range on the back porch..
