How do you eat your oysters?

Oysters are delicious, and can be consumed in many different ways. ( I love Louisiana oysters and NC oysters)

How do you guys like them? shucked and raw on half shell? what condiments?

frieds? steamed chinese style? in gumbo?

I like to charboiled them on the grill. After getting a bag, I'd shuck them and put them on the grill on the shell.

I'd use melt butter sauce with chopped garlic, mix romano & permasan grated cheese. sprinke some chopped parsley before serving. I can eat 2 dozens in one sitting.

i also like real oysters, but only raw with some freshly squeezed lemon on them

yeah, that's where I ate 2 dozens by myself. I can't believe how good they are. and thus, I had to get that recipe and do it myself. (I didn't relize Mel Gibson was at the same place the day before, and fax that letter about Terry Shiavo)

They're incredible. My mom doesn't even like oysters and she loves their Charbroiled ones. Proves anything can be good if you put enough butter and garlic on it!

Try a Long Island Blue Point oyster raw with some cocktail sauce. You will absolutely love it. No fishy taste at all.
