How do you download from an FTP thru Firefox?

I have an FTP site loaded in a Firefox tab and I want to download a file. I'm used to right-click and Save Target As... but I don't have that option. What do I do?

Please don't suggest installing an FTP client, this isn't my computer and I don't want to upset the owner.

I believe if you hold one of the Apple special keys and click on something it performs a right-click...

Are you in windows or OS X?

If OS X, you click and hold, or hold ctrl and then click. If it is on a laptop, particularly one of the MacBook or MacBook Pros, then you can tap with two fingers or hold two fingers on teh trackpad and then click.

If windows, and if BootCamp is installed, then again, hold ctrl while clicking.
