How do you download an entire website?

Is there any way to download and entire website? It can be done manually, but it would be much easier if there was a program that would do it automatically.
 
you gotta keep in mind that you'll only be downloading the static versions of the website.
no php or asp source codes.

also... these bots find pages via links...
so if a page is not linked from index... or any other pages...
then it won't be downloaded. (obviously)
