How do you do those tabs in bullitens you see on college campuses in MS WORD?

You know those bullitens for stuff like subleting apartments and selling junk on those college bulliten boards you see everywhere? The part i'm having trouble is those tabs at the bottom of the bulliten (that usually has contact information like email/telephone numbers) that are printed sideways. Anyone know how the heck you do that?
