How do you do the rave light stuff?

I don't know what its called but I have seen it done many times... Where can I learn how to do the stuff with the lights? (If I knew what it was called I could probably search)

it is caled liquid and there are different moves such as rings of saturn and so foth and so on. it is intended to be done to the beat of music and it just takes practice.

its hard to learn if you dont have someone to show you. even when i try to teach people moves, they still dont get it. even less explaining. or you can just play around and make up your own moves.
