How do you display FPS in Q3? What about looping the demo...?

i downloaded the demo version of Q3...it comes with demo001 and demo002...but I dont know howto make it show fps/loop (for benchmarking)

bind F12 toggle cg-draw FPS

I think that's how,the ~ button brings up draw down then put bind...then F12 shows FPS in top right corner.As far as looping?
