How do you disable the energy saver feature for your monitor?

I dont want it to go to black screen, I want the Screen Saver to come on instead. Is it in windows or in the BIOS? Thanks!!!

display properties/screen saver. choose one & the time after which it should come on.
click on settings for energy savings for monitor at the bottom & choose turn off monitor "never"!
