HOW DO YOU DISABLE NVIEW!?!?!?

This is so annoying. Every time I boot up WinXP, nView changes it so my windows maximize in that really dumb transition effect. I HATE IT! It's so annoying, but I keep disabling nview, I even went as far as to set the values for maximizing windows with nview in the registry to 0, and disabling nwiz from starting up, but nothing helps. Can anyone help?

Have you tried to disable the decktop manager in the nvidia display properties? Look under the desktop utilities tab.

Go to Control Panel, the nview setting icon should be there... and play around with it.
