How do you define maturity?

Likewise, how do you know if someone is immature and lastly, is there an in-between? Just curious.

Maturity is all about perception. You may think someone is so mature while someone else thinks they are absolutely immature. The only "in-between" may be someone who has their moments at each(Which is just about EVERYONE).
