How do you decide to look at a post?

do you just look at the title and go: wow that should be interesting
or do you just Go on a mad clicking spree! :)

I actually avoid long threads unless it's something that looks truly interesting to me.

I look in threads which have common interests to me, and attempt to comment/help out where I can.

I send a link to thread to 100 friends who then read and rate the thread and give me a recommendation as to whether I should read it or not.

I use a sophisticated formula which takes into account thread topic, who started it, and post count as determining factors. Either that or I close my eyes and click.

I usually like to post in threads that have a moderate amount of posts, or low amount. When it is a HUGE amount of posts and is about an arguement or something, I don't want to get involved, because I would have to read the entire thing, or else the people will be like "Person X said "BLAH BLAH" in post "X" why are you stupid". I usually just look at the title, and if I can post something constructive, I look inside.
