How do you deal with your rage?

I had a moment a couple hours ago, and i'm still fuming and its obviously still in my thoughts. I'm not one to rage but watch out to anyone around me when I do. I think I might rage 3 times a year. Weird part is..i'm feeling guilty and sad for the last couple hours.

I can't remember the last time I felt truly enraged, like out of control kinda thing.

I know that feeling. It really catches me off guard when it happens. Seems like I just bottle shit up all year long.

I used to rage a lot. Somewhere in here is my post about it. In brief, I stopped taking work so seriously. It's amazing how much less things stress you out when you have a full life. But I was a rage everyday type. Now rage rarely. Exercise helps. Sleep too.

it's not quite work related. Landlord phoning me telling me to turn off my airconditioning on the hottest day of the year...because i'm behind in my hydro payment. I just fucking snapped..and that is totally not me.

Heroic strike to dump excess rage then once boss gets to 20% I spam execute and watch the crits fly!

That's how I manage my rage.

Uncontrollable rage usually gets channeled into a nearby inanimate object. Preferably a punching bag, but Dark Souls taught me that a desk can work in a pinch.

How did this rage come upon you? Something happen?

Or just a random occurrence?

I never have rage because I pay my bills instead of spending money on beer and such.

Priorities have their moments.
