Just happened to mull this over myself recently. I've found the answer for me is to find a path to the solution of whatever is weighing on my mind. I don't actually have to solve the specific problem(s), just see light at the end of the tunnel.
It's not always easy getting to that point, but that's the trick. Putting problems off to see a movie or post here will NOT do it for me. I have to move toward a resolution, otherwise I'm in for a severe headache, neckache, general tension and snapping at everybody. Sound familiar?
Oh well, the point is to keep on top of "fixing" what's wrong and don't get side tracked. The sooner you get a handle on the fix, the sooner you'll feel better. Uh, a couple
