It is showing me completely irrelevant stuff I don't care about. Is there a way to set my interests of what I want to see? Basically I want general news and technology headlines, not wrestling stories (never search for wrestling, go to wrestling websites, or watch any wrestling videos on youtube, WTF google) or entertainment stories, which I seem to receive a lot of.

It is based on what you Google. The point is unlike say an RSS reader that you DON'T chose what to see, as it should show you what you want based on what is in your Gmail and what you search for.

Swipe away the cards you don't like and Google will get the hint. Eventually it will learn what you do like. I did that for months and now my Google Now is stalker creepy correct.

That is what I feared. Pretty useless for me then, mostly use Bing.
