How do you curve an object in Photoshop ?

define "object". Do you just want to make a curved line, or what?

Say a line of text, not making a curved line. Text is rasterized, how would I make it wavy or one curve ?

If it's text, you'd do it before you rasterized the text, with the "create warped text" button on the toolbar w/ the text tool selected.
