Lately I find myself drinking more. Going from about a 12 pack a year to a couple of beers every day or a glass of tequila. It puts a smile on my face. This only works if you're a happy drunk, though. Incidentally, I'm also posting more.
I try to get myself into an angry mood when I am depressed. I figure breaking stuff is better than feeling down. Lifting weights also work pretty well, I get extra reps when I feel angry.
