How do you create a Poll?

Tried to create a poll to this thread - http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=38&threadid=2006966&enterthread=y

But was not successful. Created a New Topic, Added Poll but no poll.

What did I do wrong?

New Topic -> Add Poll. Type a question, "Add Question". Click on the [x]. Type an answer "Add Answer". "<Back". "Close".
