How do you create a poll?

I tried creating a poll, checking off the box in the message and stuff, but I don't know how to do it. I did a search with no results. Can someone give me a quick primer on making one?
 
When you're making a new topic, before you click reply, check 'Create a poll for this topic', then click post message. Put in the question and description. Click add poll. Then type an answer, hit Add Answer, repeat until complete, hit Finish Poll. You're done.
