How do you create a large DOS disk on a system that cannot understand FAT32?

I'm dealing with a Netware system here that has 4Gigs of RAM. The problem is that I'm wanting to do a core dump and cannot get a large enough disk partition on DOS to satisfy the requirements set by the size of my memory buffers. I'm stuck. Anyone have any ideas or had to do anything like this before?
