How do you convert WMA files to MP3 files?

I ripped a bunch of cd's, only to realize that the default settings ripped them as WMA files instead of MP3 files, and I no longer have those CD's. How can I convert those WMA files to MP3 files?

use something link dBpowerAMP Music Converter. I have used it in the past to convert FLAC files to WMA Lossless without any problems, great little app.
