How do you convert mp4 (psp movie) to an mpeg2?

Well, I'm sure there are a number of simple utilities that could do this but its pointless.

Mpeg4 is super compressed. You've already lost a bunch of data. You wont gain a darn thing by converting INTO the quality format.
