How do you control your HTPC/Android TV stick etc?

I just bought one of those Android 4.1 PC stick things. Need something good to control it , and something else for my HTPC.

Want it to be small, will be bringing it on my business trips. Needs to have a keyboard and touchpad. Something to scroll pages with strongly preferred. Also internal rechargeable battery with usb charging. Blutooth preferred as well.

Currently I use this for my HTPC: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00..._ya_os_product

It works ok. The main flaw with it is it seems to get major interference with my wireless network or something. The more bandwidth I'm using, the less responsive the mini keyboard becomes. Very annoying when streaming video. If the bandwidth is maxed out, it simply won't work until the download is done. Also has no scrolling.

So what do you guys use? There's a crap load of similar items on Amazon, looking for recommendations with first hand experience.

The Logitech k400 was the only thing that worked for me. The one you linked wouldn't work part 1 foot for me. What fun that was.. Sitting 1 foot in front of the htpc with a mini keyboard.

But 99% of the time I just use my remote with the IR receiver

Ok YES!

The Dinovo mini looks like it meets all my requirements.

I had seen this before, but glanced over it because the pad looked like a left/right/up/down navigator, but it also works as a touchpad to control a mouse cursor?

Anyone try the bluetooth version?

I'm just trying to keep it simple with a compact all-in-one device. Don't want all the clutter of various devices in the living room. Game room I have the Logitech G700, K320 kb, wireless Xbox Controller and a Harmony One.

I've just ordered THIS candybar keyboard thang to go with THIS Android stick. Can't really comment on this lol.

The one thing I can say is that full size keyboards kind of suck for the TV KBs IMO. Candy bar style is the way to go.

Just wanted to say that I got my Logitech Mini Controller, and man this thing is awesome. Tracking is smooth, easy and accurate, and remains so even when I'm using max bandwidth. Does everything I wanted.

Think my only complaint is needing to push the function key+mouse button to right click, but I just used autohotkey to rebind the mute button to be right-click.
