How do you condense powerpoint presentations?

Currently it is 5 slides and 3.5 meg. Is there a way to save it at a lower quality?

Reduce the quality of images and media files.

When you drag and drop your images It makes them huge ya need to embed them or something I forget exactly how had to do it last year though.

Insert .jpeg and not .bmp images.
