I've had a hard time in the past committing to things. I want to do things like start a regular workout routine. So how do you guys commit, really commit, to doing something?

I've heard it takes 21 days. Consistant effort every day, you get the habit.

I used to have trouble going to the gym for anything more than 3 months. Then I just MADE myself go, simple as that. Now I feel weird if I have to miss a session 🙂

just think, in 60 years, you'll probably be dead, and you'll remain dead for eternity... so you'd better make the most of your life, and just DO IT
