How do You Close your Windows???

they are probably good buddies in real life😀 (yes opposed to "FAKE" life here in AT hehe)

I have the ultimate in laziness to close windows. I have the Intellimouse Explorer (best mouse I've ever had btw) and I use the small button on the side to close. Small button = Close, Big button = Show Desktop. It's AWESOME for killing popups. Don't have to worry about the windows being moved around the desktop so you can't see the X, I just click and it's gone.

I beg to differ. With a resolution of 1280x1024 it takes more energy to drag the mousepointer to the X than to press those two buttons.

1 second for the buttons, 2-3 seconds for the X 😛

If I'm using the mouse I will either click the right X or right click on the window in the taskbar - close.

#2 is very rare for me, but I've gone that route a couple times. Brings me back to the days of Win3.1 when you had to double click everythign 😀

Yeah after I was using 3.1 for a while, I would double click. But now I click X, or if the X is off the screen, or if its a 'borderless' pop up, i use alt-f4

I use all 3, whichever one is easiest/fastest/closest to my fingers.

I alsolove to use Shift+Close for closing multiple file windows.
