How do you clear cache?!?!?!?

FreAk here, my Supahfreak nick dont work for some reason so mods told me to clear cache. Thought I did but maybe not. How exactly do you do this!?!??!?!

Tools -> Internet options ->

Under Temporary Internet Files, select delete cookies and delete files

Under History, select clear history.

Well, then that might not be your problem (I have had the same problem as you). Try logging into your old account from another computer.
