I dont believe that is a safe answer since many manufacturers (including LCDs) recommend against ammonia based agents. The usual recommendation is a lint free material ie. paper towel (possibly too abrasive), optic lens cleaner cloth, or some soft cotton fabric with a little water to make it damp.
