How do you clean microfiber cloths for displays?

Just like the title says, I have a microfiber cloth that came with my Samsung tv two years ago, and it's never been washed. I did some googling and found conflicting answers that range from only warm water(no soap)/ hang dry, only dry clean, or machine wash/ hang dry. Pretty much the only unanimous advice was don't use fabric softener.

I realize it probably doesn't make that much difference, but I've always wondered about this. So what do you all recommend? Do they even need to be washed?

I have about 5 now, 3 of which I've machine washed and dried with clothes and they seem fine. They only need to be washed if they are ditry enough that they aren't cleaning well anymore, or have picked up something that leaves little scratches.

Excellent! I know they're cheap to purchase, but I guess I'm lazy and don't want to buy another one. LOL.

Thanks for the input guys.
