Yup and then you need to play around with differant shafts and flights to se what works best for you.
I used to be on a dart team. I like short shafts and smaller filights myself.

The most important thing to me is the weight of the darts; most of my friends used light ones, but I prefer them heavy. That is why I always suggest trying before buying 🙂
