How do you change the LOD Bias with ATI?

I had a 9800xt and played most games with a -1.5 LOD BIAS and I used Rage3D tweak, I think, to adjust the LOD BIAS. I just recently switched to a x800xt AIW from a 6800GT and can not find a way to set the LOD BIAS numerically. I know you can change the texture preference in the CCC but I am looking for a way to set the LOD BIAS numerically. I appreciate any help.
