How do you change Oakley M-Frame Lenses?

Just as the topic says.

Does anyone know? I don't want to do it wrong and break it. Maybe pictures would be helpful?

Grip the lens in the center and just pull out carefully.

But isn't it hooked in by the sides? Like the side pieces go into what seem like grooves thus preventing you from just pulling.

There are "v" shaped pieces on the lens that go horizontally into the frame. You have to pull it out at the center first, then pull back with the lens more or less still parallel to the frame. If you try to pull the sides out first, you'll break the lens.
