How do you change mp3 tags with WMP9?

I remember there was an option with WMP7 where if you right clicked on the song in the playlist you could change stuff. But they seemed to have removed it from WMP9. WTF?
 
There is an "Advanced Tag Editor" feature that does this but AFAIK that option only appears if you are running XP. My work machine has Win2K and I can't use it.

I am using 2k as well. WTF!?
