How do you change drive labels in Win2k?

I just did a clean install of Win2k with my hard drive set on primary master IDE and my cd rom set on secondary master IDE. I just added another hard drive set to primary slave IDE and Windows made it my E: drive. I want to make it my D: drive and my cd rom as my E: drive. How do I do this?

Thanks,
