How do you change a drive letter?

After installing windows, my HD some how decided to show up as H drive with my card slots taking the C drive slot. How can I change my HD back to C drive, as it is getting a bit annoying to constantly have to edit installs.
 
I use the simple way.

Right click on My Computer>Manage>Disk Management

Right click on any hard drive to Change Drive Letter and Paths... then ta-da!

If you are speaking of primary hard drive, then try one of links above because I use this simple way to change my additional hard drives' letters to whatever I want.
