How do you calm yourself down? ;-)

Concentrate on feeling somethign you aren't used to. For example, concentrate on the feeling of the sheet on your back, or the feeling of the floor on your knee. Try to feel your hair on your head. Keep it non erotic (so not the breast in your hand). That should do the trick.
 
ironically i was about to post a similar thread..i've been "pissed off" about what someone said to me a few hours ago.
