How do you calculate body fat?

Go get it measured professionally at a gym with calipers. All of the home methods are horribly inaccurate.

i think you need to weigh yourself in water dont ya? not sure...they have those scales that measure your body fat, but how accurate could those be?

Find out how tall you are. Find out your age. Then find out how heavy you are. Find out what a normal person at that age and height weigh. Multiply by 13.76. Divide by one.
