How do you burn AVI to VCD using Nero?

I just tried burning AVI files into a VCD and the pictures comes out Inverted. What I did wrong? Please help. Program used was Nero 5.10

The quality is not so good if you do that way. I'd also prefer converting avi to mpeg/VCD with TMPGenc.
