How do you buff your nails?

I have no idea because I've never used one before, but I think you just rub it on your nails until you are satisfied.
 
Should be three grits on that block. Start with most agressive and work your way down to the finest. Just pretend you're lapping a heatsink for your cpu. 😉

I've never received satisfaction from having my nails rubbed. Could you explain that?

 
take the block in one hand and run the flat side over your nails until they become smooth.
then finish off with cuiticle oil and hot pink nail polish. 😉
honestly, i think that men that have perfect hands and nails are not doing enough with their hands... (working outside, etc)
I don't want to see dirty hands but there is something to be said for guys with "guy hands".

Ahahaha I bought some POS 1 sided block because I was at Sephora with my friends. Apparently I got the wrong shizzle. Oh well.
