Don't associate with people / places that pull you into repetition of the habit

Do associate with people who don't have the habit
 
Eh, I was making a too subtle reference to Cruise's spat with Matt Lauer about psychiatry. Seems Cruise isn't a big believer in psychiatry, and shock therapy in particular.

I know you made the comment in jest anyway, but I was just trying to tack on another joke.

Of course, if you have to explain the joke, then it probably isn't funny in the first place! 🙂

Bordom is an issue. However, one can find a more desirable activity to do in place of the one they want to give up. For example, if you feel the urge to smoke, why not do 30 pushups or something?
